Expanding access to opportunities

Deliver 6+ on-campus hiring activities across selected vocational and technical schools in 2026, reaching 1,000–1,500 students and giving them direct access to employers they would not typically reach.

Strengthening employer Exposure

Build partnerships with 20 to 40 employers seeking early talent for entry-level, technical, and operational roles, creating consistent and structured engagement inside schools.

Providing scalable hiring infrastructure

Enable students to create digital profiles, through Skatch, that highlight their skills, interests, and readiness for work, helping employers better understand their potential.
